Having been firmly immersed in property since childhood Nick purchased his first investment property in 2002 whilst working in estate agency and has never looked back.

Nick founded Davisbrook Properties in 2007 to capitalise on the expanding Manchester student market, bringing together his experience in the new build sector and utilising his knowledge in sales, construction and refurbishment.

He enjoys developing relationships and has a natural passion for all things property and loves a good cup of tea and a one -to- one meeting.
